Move In Special!

 

We define the move in special as: $1 for the rest of the month.


Example: if you move in on the 1st of the month, it's only $1 for the rest of the month. If you move in on the 15th of the month, it's only $1 for the remaining days in that month, and so on.


Refundable Security Deposit


Our security deposit is equal to the rent of your unit. If the unit is 10X10 the security deposit would be $70. If the unit is 20X20 the security deposit would be $180, and so on.
